NCCA will implement activities in support of the PIAF in different government offices (Senate, House of Representative, Supreme Court and Malacañang), bringing people in government closer to the best of the Filipino art and providing opportunities for the general public to access these performances and exhibits.
Ani ng Sining sa Sining Gising Various activities of PIAF and representative of performing groups and artistic directors will be featured in NCCA Sining Gising program at NBN 4 every Sunday of the month of January to February, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Ani ng Dangal Exhibit The “Ani ng Dangal” Awards was conceptualized to give proper recognition to all Filipino Artists who have won gold medals or first prizes in international competitions and gave honor to the country for the period of January to December 2009. The program will feature the month-long festival and the screening of the year’s celebration in an appreciation dinner. The event will recognize and honor artistic accomplishments of Filipino artists (individual / group) who have made significant contributions to Philippine culture and arts.
