Active ImageLast April 18, 2008, Cindy’s Bakery and Restaurant & Skill Power Institute, together with the Department of Tourism made an attempt to include their town in the World Guinness book of records when they baked the biggest brownie in Tarlac.

With a size of 20 feet by 45 feet, this brownie was able to feed around 19,000 people.

Fifty (50) people had spend their time and gave their all in baking this delicious dessert that took them around 20 hours to make.

The brownie was made up of 350 kilos flour, 700 kilos sugar, 90 kilos cocoa powder, 200 kilos margarine, 150 kilos pinipig, 150 kilos choco fudge icing, and 7,500 fresh eggs.
