Daigdig Pinoy was conceived and launched April 2007, with the aim of featuring the best of the Philippines; its people and rich culture. Eight areas was initially showcase, namely Festivities, Tourist Spots and Destinations, Filipino Inventors and Inventions, Filipino Achievers, Culture and Arts, Entertainment, Traditional & Herbal Care and Local Foods.
                  
We have since expanded to include Business Opportunities, and things & services from home, which are open to Filipino Enterprises and Entrepreneurs to make known to the global community the different opportunities available.

Although we have gone thru the birth pain, like an undernourished infant, its growth is hindered by numerous challenges, but God is merciful. His grace sustain us thru tough times; the support and encouragement we received from various sectors both government and private, the many hits and unique visits from our viewers, is an affirmation that truly the beauty of our country, the Philippines, the multi-talents and accomplishments of the Filipino, are things we can be proud of.

Knowing what we've been thru, make us appreciate more what the future is in store for us, the immense possibility of being one of the venues for our millions of oversea countrymen to rediscover the beauty and potential of our motherland; for the enterprising businessmen, Daigdig Pinoy is a cost effective avenue for them to reach out to their market; for the upcoming artists, the inventors, innovators; and achievers, through Daigdig Pinoy, their skills, talents and accomplishments are noticed, recognized & make known to the whole wide world.
